In Identity V, the ways survivors fight are diverse, and the addition of each new character brings a unique gameplay experience to players. When it comes to the upcoming new survivor – the Archer, her arrival will bring a fresh breeze to the game. When is the Archer going to be released in Identity V? The Archer is not only a control-type support role but also introduces the novel combat tool of a bow and arrow. Her release date is expected to be March 13th.

The Archer's external trait, "Trait Bow," sets her apart from other survivors. The bow she carries can be shot with a tap or charged for a longer shot. The longer the charge, the farther the arrow flies, allowing for precise hits on distant enemies. However, this is no easy feat - the farther the arrow flies, the more challenging it becomes to predict its trajectory. Therefore, to become an excellent archer, besides mastering the charging technique, it is also essential to reasonably estimate the enemy's movement path.

If her arrow hits the hunter, the latter will suffer a 5% speed penalty for the next 10 seconds. If hit by another arrow, the hunter's cooldown time will shorten, and they will also be stunned for 3 seconds. This skill is really "tricky" and is a powerful helper for survivors trying to escape the hunter's pursuit!

The Archer's skill, "Silent Arrow," can instantly summon three arrows, shooting them in a straight line towards the enemy. Once hit, the enemy will fall into an 8-second silence state, during which they cannot use any skills and are completely in a passive defensive state. After upgrading to the second level, the arrows will have a penetrating effect, capable of piercing multiple targets and dealing penetration damage. Imagine if the opposing survivor is in a tense escape moment and suddenly gets hit by the Archer's arrow; the entire situation would instantly reverse due to the silence effect. For the Archer, this is a powerful tool to control the enemy's rhythm.

The Archer also has a "Burst" state that lasts for 20 seconds. During the burst, the power of her arrows significantly increases, and each shot not only knocks back the hunter but also briefly stuns them if they hit an obstacle. The timing of using this skill needs to be cleverly grasped, as it can disrupt the hunter's pursuit rhythm at critical moments, providing precious escape opportunities for the survivors. However, after the burst state ends, the Archer requires a 40-second cooldown period, during which she cannot enter the burst state again, so it must be used at the right time.

Besides these intense skills, the Archer also has the "Athletic Talent" trait. In this state, her speed of vaulting over windows and pallets increases by 20%, and her pallet dropping speed also increases by 20%. When a survivor 18 meters away from her is attacked, as long as she is not being chased, her movement speed increases by 50%, making her extremely mobile on the map and able to quickly support teammates.

However, every character has their weaknesses, and the Archer is slightly lacking in "Mechanical Blindness," with a 20% reduction in decoding speed and 15% less endurance on the狂欢之椅. This means that the Archer, to some extent, needs to rely on teammates for decoding and support and cannot go it alone.

That's all about when the Archer will be released in Identity V. The Archer's debut will add more strategic layers to the battles in Identity V and give survivors more room for maneuver. Are you ready to meet the challenge of this new survivor? On March 13th, the Archer will be released, so get ready to welcome her arrival!
