After entering Huaisi Ancient Town, head directly to the second part of the ancient town. The entrance is located at the upper left. Once inside, you will see many umbrellas. Step on the umbrella at the upper left to open the first chest, which contains several balls for catching beasts. Then continue down to the next umbrella.

Go to the lower umbrella, then to the lower left umbrella, and twice more to the left umbrellas. You will be teleported to the location shown in the image below. There are many people here who will trigger the "Life is but a Dream" side quest. Remember to choose option 1 to save people first. Choosing option 2 for profit, although you get a Blood Bodhi Relic, will end the subsequent events, so never choose it.

After the fight, open the treasure chest to get the item "Bao Pu Zi," which unlocks advanced martial arts. Then step on the umbrella directly to the right of the chest to get a new martial art. After obtaining it, return to the place where you fought, and step on the upper left umbrella to reach the position shown in the image.
