The character classes in Star Resonance can be quite perplexing for many players, as each class has completely different characteristics and roles, leading to varied playstyles and combat directions. Choosing a class that fits your personal style can make the initial stages of the game much easier. Since many newcomers to this world may not be familiar with the characteristics of the classes, the following will introduce them one by one, so you can select based on your preferences after understanding.

1. Sylvan Speaker
The Sylvan Speaker excels at mid-to-long range attacks and is an auxiliary type, providing significant healing to protect the entire team, offering benefits and life support to their teammates. They have two specializations: Punishment and Healing. The Punishment specialization has decent attack capabilities, capable of summoning vines to attack enemies while healing allies. Healing focuses more on supporting and restoring, safeguarding companions' lives while also enhancing their abilities. Players can freely choose 3 fixed skills and 4 specialized skills.
Representative moves of the Sylvan Speaker include Wild Bloom and Regenerative Pulse. When Wild Bloom is released, it deals a long-range area attack, creating magical damage and healing oneself and the teammate with the lowest health nearby. Regenerative Pulse emits a pulse centered around the caster, cleansing and healing both the caster and any allies touched by the pulse.

2. Frost Mage
This class uses an ice staff for combat, specializing in ultra-long-range attacks, capable of controlling enemies from a distance and effectively dealing area damage. In actual combat, it's important to maintain a good distance from enemies. There are two specializations: Ice Lance and Ray. Ice Lance offers strong sustained damage and high mobility, better protecting itself. Ray sacrifices defense for greatly enhanced offensive power. A representative skill is Frost Nova, which freezes all surrounding enemies and slows them down when cast.

3. Sharpshooter
A highly mobile, long-range attacker who can move flexibly in battle, working with animal partners to evade enemy attacks and create advantageous positions for offense. Specializations include Falconry and Beast Taming. Falconry utilizes hawks to observe opponents' weaknesses, and when a critical hit is triggered, the hawk can be sent out for an additional attack. Beast Taming fights alongside a giant wolf, drawing enemy attention and fire to create opportunities for efficient coordinated attacks.
4. Azure Knight
This class is well-balanced, capable of both offense and defense, and performs well in various combat environments. They use a lance, which can transform like the wind, delivering small-area attacks. Specializations include Heavy Armor and Air Combat. Heavy Armor has a fierce offensive, with strong mobility, allowing for quick advances and retreats. Air Combat involves leaping from above, avoiding ground-based attacks, and then descending to suppress ground enemies after accumulating power in the air.

5. Greatblade Guardian
This is a guardian-type class, using a greatsword as a weapon and condensing rock to protect the body. They have excellent control and defensive capabilities, able to take damage and protect teammates in team battles. Using this class requires constant observation of enemy attacks and proactive responses to create a safer and more advantageous environment for allies. They have Parry and Rock Shield specializations. Parry is more adept at handling physical damage, with good parrying ability to protect and counterattack efficiently. Rock Shield summons rock guardians to protect allies, offering comprehensive protection against various types of damage.

6. Thunder Shadow Swordsman
They excel in close-range combat, using a scythe-like long sword as a weapon, and can switch freely between scythe and sword forms. Their attack methods are flexible and varied, capable of delivering extreme damage in medium to short-range combat. Specializations include Iaido Slash and Crescent Blade Summon. Iaido Slash uses the long sword, charging up before striking, delivering a high burst of damage. Crescent Blade Summon uses the scythe, delivering more agile, high-frequency attacks.

The above are the character classes in Star Resonance. As you can see, each class has its own unique features, and although they have different directions, they all play significant roles in combat. Therefore, players only need to consider the class that suits their personal development direction based on their preferences.
