Ymir's Legend, as a typical massively multiplayer online game, offers players a rich and diverse selection of professions. Each profession has its unique skill characteristics and combat methods. The skills in Ymir's Legend are just as intriguing to everyone as the professions themselves. Below, we will introduce the currently implemented four professions in Ymir's Legend, allowing everyone to gain a deeper understanding of the core gameplay and the charm of each profession.

Firstly, the Berserker, who demonstrates immense power and fearless courage in battle. They hold a shield in their left hand and a hammer in their right, presenting a very formidable image. In combat, the Berserker can use their powerful leg strength to kick enemies away, creating favorable conditions for subsequent attacks. Then, they will swing and throw the hammer at the enemy, which automatically returns to the Berserker after hitting the target. Following this, the Berserker will charge up for a sweeping attack. For downed enemies, the Berserker does not miss any opportunity, adding a stomping attack to further damage the enemy, showcasing an extremely brutal fighting style. This can be said to embody the full intensity of warrior-class damage output.

The Warlord is another eye-catching profession, wielding dual spears with a variety of flexible combat styles. They can throw the spears from a distance to attack enemies, utilizing range advantage to deal damage, or combine the two spears into one, spinning them to assault foes. These dual spears, in reality, are more like halberds, with a protruding part similar to a stone axe at the front. This design allows the Warlord to both continuously thrust at enemies, delivering lethal blows with sharp spear tips, and slash at enemies, demonstrating strong close-combat capabilities. However, the melee style of this profession differs from that of the Berserker, offering more agile movements and skills.

The Bard is a ranged support and damage-dealing profession. By plucking their harp, they release sound waves to attack enemies. This attack method somewhat resembles the Tianmo (a type of character) found in some domestic-themed games. The Bard's area-of-effect attacks are varied, including continuous sonic blasts that inflict sustained damage on multiple enemies, and arrow-like combos that precisely strike single or multiple targets. More uniquely, they can generate trees from the ground, which quickly entangle and immobilize enemies, creating a favorable environment for teammates to deal damage while also restricting enemy movement to a certain extent.

Finally, the Mage, who masters various powerful elemental magics. In battle, mages can cast a multitude of wondrous spells. For example, they have a technique that links the lives of enemies together, making it difficult for them to escape. Then, they can unleash a fiery explosion, engulfing enemies in flames and causing massive damage. Besides fire explosions, mages can also summon water tornadoes to slow down enemy movement, putting them in a bind. Additionally, they can call down giant rocks to crush enemies, and possess teleportation ice burst spells, allowing them to instantly move next to an enemy and release a powerful ice explosion, catching the enemy off guard.
The main focus on what skills are available in Ymir's Legend is the introduction of these four professions' skill characteristics. It can be seen that each profession has its unique way of fighting and special skills. The cooperation and collaboration between different professions will also add more playability to the game.
