First, we start from the 12 o'clock direction of the Eastern Park, entering the park along the route at the 6 o'clock direction on the mini-map. The layout of the Eastern Park is like a maze, with every step filled with mystery. As you walk, you will see a beautiful flower bed; don't stop here, turn right directly to the dessert shop. After entering the dessert shop, head straight to the kitchen behind the counter. On the table in the kitchen is the recipe for Pop Pop Popcorn. However, the fridge monsters here are quite troublesome, so grab the recipe quickly and slip away before they freeze you.

After getting the recipe, quickly retrace your steps, and near the spinning ride, you can find a secret treasure chest. After jumping off, continue to the 6 o'clock direction on the mini-map to activate the spatial anchor point. Once activated, you can fly to the edge of a nearby rock, where there is another viewpoint; don't forget to take a photo of the scenery. Then, enter the building next to it, follow the route, and after flipping over the drink machine, you will see a charging mailbox with a battery next to it. First, turn right, enter the drink machine room, climb the stone pillar, and you will see the first battery. After getting it, return the same way and go to the opposite room.

At the artificial hill, you will find a broken glass opening. Go through it, and keep walking to find the second battery. Not done yet, the third battery is next to the oil drum. After collecting all the batteries, take them back to the charging mailbox, complete the charging operation, and the blueprint fragment will be yours.
