In Dave the Diver, the mission to capture the Sea Angel is a highly challenging side quest and also an important prerequisite for unlocking the BOSS battle. This task not only tests the player's proficiency with capture tools but also requires facing the dangers posed by deep-sea creatures.

The trigger for the mission comes from Makoto's side story. After obtaining the mission, players need to head to the Blue Hole deep-sea area to find the Sea Angel. This creature typically lives in deeper waters, has a transparent and elegant appearance, resembling a spirit floating in the water, but its location is not fixed. Players need to carefully observe the marine environment. After unlocking the net in the main quest, players can start capturing the Sea Angel. Before each dive, it is recommended to check if the oxygen tank and cargo box have been reinforced to ensure sufficient exploration time and the ability to carry more supplies.

Capturing the Sea Angel is not always smooth sailing. This creature is small and agile, requiring precise control from the player. After hitting the target, the player needs to quickly use the net to collect it before it escapes. Once five Sea Angels are successfully captured, the mission automatically enters the BOSS battle phase, where the player faces a giant deep-sea creature, the Sea Angel BOSS.

The Sea Angel BOSS battle is one of the more intense battles in Dave the Diver. At the start of the battle, the Sea Angel will rush towards the player, and close contact will result in being swallowed whole. After being swallowed, the player needs to quickly press the designated button to fill the escape progress bar and exit its body in time. If not escaped quickly, oxygen consumption will increase dramatically, potentially leading to mission failure. Therefore, maintaining distance during the battle is crucial.

After putting some distance between you and the Sea Angel, players need to attack it using their weapons. It is recommended to prioritize high-damage shooting weapons, such as an enhanced harpoon gun. Observe the BOSS's movement patterns, dodge swiftly when it charges, and counterattack. Repeat this process a few times to defeat it. After the battle, players can obtain a red sniper rifle from a red chest on the ground, which is a practical combat tool providing significant support for future deep-sea adventures.

After defeating the BOSS, players need to pick up the mission item and return to shore. Handing over the mission item to Makoto completes the Sea Angel capture side quest.
