In this issue, we will share our thoughts on Ember in Arknights: Terminus. In Arknights: Terminus, Ember, as a five-star operator, stands out with her unique performance and combat style, making her an extremely strategic asset. She belongs to the "Iron Oath" military organization, clad in heavy armor and wielding a greatsword symbolizing royal power, showcasing unparalleled destructive power and resilience on the wasteland battlefield.

Ember's background is set as a knight wandering in the northern lands. Her "expedition" is not only a campaign against external enemies but also a quest to atone for her inner sins. Swearing to slay ten thousand angels and corrupted creatures, she places herself in endless battles. This almost obsessive dedication makes her a revered figure in the wasteland. Ember's story not only provides players with a rich sense of immersion but also sets the tone for her character's ability design.

In terms of attributes, Ember demonstrates impressive balance, living up to the title of a "hexagonal warrior." Her base stats are comprehensive and powerful, with high HP allowing her to withstand continuous enemy attacks; outstanding attack and breakthrough power make her formidable in dealing damage; and excellent defense grants her sustained combat capability on the battlefield. This attribute combination enables her to excel both in frontline pressure and subsequent output, making her an indispensable core member of any team.

Ember's skill design is filled with visual impact and practical value. Her regular attacks deal significant physical damage using her greatsword, exerting strong suppression on single targets. However, what truly sets her apart is her active skill "Sinful Light Chasing." This skill targets a frontal fan-shaped area, releasing scorching molten currents that deal extremely high heat damage to enemies while also applying a knockdown control effect, temporarily incapacitating them. This one-second control can often turn the tide of battle, providing crucial output windows for teammates. Whether clearing large groups of enemies or controlling and bursting down elite foes, Ember finds her own rhythm in combat.

Beyond her combat abilities, the integration of Ember's skill characteristics with the post-apocalyptic environment is also impressive. When fighting corrupted creatures, her skills deal additional damage, further enhancing her specialized combat advantages. This design not only boosts her output capabilities in specific scenarios but also reinforces her role as an "expedition knight," declaring war on these enemies through her very existence.
