After meeting the prerequisites, you still need to go to Fenghe Village and find San Qian'er, who is a waiter at a tavern. It's easy to find him. Talk to San Qian'er directly, and he will ask if you want to buy information. Here, you should choose to buy it.

Based on the information, you will first meet an elder of the Tianquan Sect. The elder will give you a test. According to the elder's instructions, find Zhang Yihao. If you can't find Zhang Yihao, check under the big tree in Fenghe Village. After finding him, buy a bag of jewels from him. With the jewels, return to the elder and hand them over. You will discover that the elder was fake and tricked you. You need to defeat the fake elder. This starts the side quest "Ill-gotten Gains."

Return to the big tree and find Zhang Yihao again. It turns out that Zhang Yihao is the true elder of the Tianquan Sect. This scenario tests whether you are greedy and if you meet the sect's standards. After talking, you can join the Tianquan Sect. Of course, you need to meet the prerequisites: 66 righteousness points and complete the "Ill-gotten Gains" side quest.
