As a cruiser, its base stats are very good, and it has a high mobility speed and a relatively small target area. However, it does have some drawbacks. The main drawback is the long reload time of the DF-11 missiles, and the rocket launcher has issues with wide-area dispersion when used simultaneously with the main gun.
